Rental responsibilities

Please review these before payment. Your electronic rental/liability agreement will follow immediately after payment.

If I tow a rental trailer, I am responsible for confirming my tow vehicle, hitch, brake controller when required, and connection are properly rated for the trailer and load.I agree to return the trailer reasonably clean. I understand a $50 cleaning fee may be charged if it is not returned reasonably clean, and I am responsible for damage caused during my rental, including misuse, overloading, improper loading/dumping, or damage to the trailer, tarp, doors, hydraulics, tires, wiring, or other equipment.I understand trailer delivery/collection is not junk hauling or dump service. If I want Gritmoor to haul or dispose of my loaded contents, that is a separate service at $90 per ton and must be arranged separately.I agree to Gritmoor’s rental and website terms, the due-back time shown in my booking, and understand that a separate electronic rental/liability agreement must be signed after payment before final confirmation.
