Gritmoor offers parking-strip and curb-strip conversions using an agreed combination of removal, preparation, weed barrier, and rock or other landscape materials. We work from your property photos and measurements rather than assuming every strip needs the same treatment.
Why flip your parking strip
A strip conversion can reduce the mowing and watering associated with maintaining grass while giving the property a cleaner edge. The result depends on preparation, material choice, drainage, and ongoing upkeep. Gravel is not a promise of a permanently weed-free area.

Pricing & quoting
Send your address, a few photographs, and the approximate strip length and width. Pricing depends on removal, preparation, material choice, equipment access, and the final scope. We confirm the project quote before scheduling; a photograph of another finished job is not a fixed price for your property.
For a do-it-yourself conversion, ask about dump trailer rental, compact equipment, and material delivery instead of a complete installation service.
How the process works
Start by texting photos and dimensions to (801) 895-3928. We discuss the scope and preferred materials, confirm the quote and availability, and agree on access and staging before work begins. Identify sprinklers and other features that must be protected.
Keep a clear area for incoming material and a separate path for removal. The project schedule is confirmed for the actual job rather than promising a universal completion time.
Design options
- Gray crushed gravel for a simple, consistent appearance.
- River cobble or mixed-color rock, depending on the intended finish.
- Mulch, plants, or edging where they fit the agreed design.
Material availability and quantities are confirmed before ordering. We discuss the layout against the property rather than replacing the original style with an unrelated design.
