Gritmoor Outdoor Services is based in Springville and serves homeowners, contractors, landscapers, and property managers across Utah County and southern Salt Lake County. We offer three dump trailer sizes, daily through monthly rental options, and direct help planning pickup or delivery.
Already looking at Home Depot, Lowe's, Sunpro, or U-Haul? Start with an apples-to-apples comparison. A utility trailer and a hydraulic dump trailer can solve different problems. A different trailer size, rental window, or disposal arrangement can also change the total cost of your project.
Our trailers are used for yard renovations, remodeling debris, contractor cleanup, landscaping materials, move-outs, and general property maintenance. Tell us what you are moving so we can discuss the appropriate trailer rather than simply point you to the biggest one.
Compare the full job, not just the daily rate
Our 5x10 is $50 per day with a two-day minimum, the 6x12 is $75 per day, and the 7x14 is $85 per day. Weekly and monthly options are listed on the rental information page. The 5x10 therefore starts at $100 for its minimum rental period, before any additional services.
When comparing quotes, check the rental duration, trailer dimensions, load limit, hitch requirements, and whether the trailer dumps. Also ask what delivery, collection, disposal, or loading help would cost for your job. A trailer rental is not automatically a full-service junk removal quote.

Why Dump Trailers Save Time
Loading is only half of a hauling job. A hydraulic dump bed helps discharge suitable loose material at an appropriate unloading site, instead of requiring you to move it all by hand a second time. That can make a real difference when the job involves dirt, gravel, yard debris, or renovation waste.
Dumping does not make every load effortless: long branches, furniture, or mixed debris may still require careful unloading. Material weight, the unloading surface, overhead clearance, and safe operating procedures still matter. We would rather help you choose a workable plan than have you discover the limitations with a loaded trailer.
For landscaping projects, demolition cleanup, roofing tear-offs, or sod removal, describe the material as well as the trailer space you need. Heavy material can reach the load limit long before the bed looks full.
Local service means you can explain the actual job
A garage cleanout, a load of landscaping rock, and contractor debris each need a different plan. Text us your project details and preferred dates. We can discuss trailer size, pickup timing, delivery access, and whether a rental or a hauling service is the better fit.
We work with homeowners, landscapers, general contractors, remodelers, property managers, flippers, and cleanup crews. Same-day or last-minute help may be available, but we confirm the schedule rather than promise that a trailer is always waiting.

Choose the trailer around the load
The size guide below compares the three trailers. The 5x10 has a 4,000 lb rental load limit. The 6x12 listing shows 10,000 lb GVWR with an 8,000 lb listed payload; the 7x14 remains at 14,000 lb GVWR and a 10,000 lb listed payload.
Weight limits are not fill lines. GVWR includes the trailer itself and its load. Actual allowable cargo also depends on empty trailer weight and the trailer, axle, tire, hitch, and tow-vehicle ratings. Always stay within the lowest applicable limit and our rental load limit. The size guide is not approval for a particular truck to tow a loaded trailer.
A few details before you reserve
What hitch size is required?
Our trailers require a 2 5/16-inch ball hitch, a 7-pin connection, and a suitable brake controller. A ball hitch is available to rent for $10. Confirm your specific vehicle, receiver, hitch, and loaded-trailer ratings before pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Trailer delivery is $30 within Utah County and $50 within Salt Lake County, subject to scheduling and safe access. Online delivery bookings require at least 24 hours notice; for shorter-notice delivery, text us to see whether we can accommodate it. Delivery means bringing/collecting the rental trailer—it does not include hauling your loaded contents to the dump. Gritmoor junk hauling is a separate service at $90 per ton when arranged.
How long are rentals?
Typical day rentals start with morning pickup and return before 9:00 PM. The 5x10 has a (2-day minimum). Weekly and monthly options are available; confirm the dates and return time when you reserve.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Return the trailer reasonably clean. A $50 cleaning fee may apply when it is not returned reasonably clean. Ask about material restrictions before loading anything that can stick, stain, contaminate, or damage the bed. Renters remain responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
What happens if the trailer is damaged?
Renters are responsible for damage caused during the rental period; normal wear and tear is expected. Report damage or an operating problem promptly, and stop using equipment that is unsafe. Your rental agreement sets out the applicable terms.
What can I haul?
Common loads include yard waste, branches, furniture, household junk, construction and remodeling debris, landscaping rock, dirt, gravel, and sod. Concrete, roofing material, asphalt, or unusually heavy loads need a discussion about handling, weight, and disposal first. Do not assume a material is accepted just because it fits in the trailer.
Why rent a dump trailer instead of a utility trailer?
A dump trailer can reduce manual unloading for suitable loose loads. A utility trailer may be enough when you only need transportation and can unload by hand. Compare the job and total cost, including your time and any extra trips, rather than treating the two trailers as the same service.
